Over the years I have sold many properties, but not until recently have I felt totally satisfied with the services of an estate agent. Susan and Les are exceptional in the way they conduct their business.

My family used Profile Homes to sell the property left by my late mother.

With the market being sluggish, they were still confident that the bungalow would sell - and it has, and relatively quickly. A purchaser was found, and had that sale been completed it would have been in a very acceptable time. As it was, and through no fault of Susan, Les or ourselves, at the last hurdle the sale fell through. Immediately more viewings were arranged and a buyer quickly found and recently completed on the purchase.

Throughout our dealings with Profile Homes, and due to the distance away the family lived from the property, and to help us out, Susan and Les did over and above what would normally be expected from estate agents, and for that, and the sometimes awkward situations they had to unravel, I personally thank them very much.

The Profile Homes website is so superior - from the very many beautiful photos Les produces (I think he just likes to get out of the office) to the extremely comprehensive local information that Susan provides (it’s like a tourist guide) so useful to purchasers who are from out of the area.

We had lived in our beautiful old house in North Pembrokeshire with over 2 acres since 1999, we landscaped the gardens, we had a beautiful terrace garden running down to the river, there were picnic areas and lovely places to relax by the river. There were converted stables that we had created to form a studio for our painting and music. It was for us, "Landscape, space, peacefulness, a chance to be...". Then, Laurette was diagnosed with a very rare bone marrow condition in 2010 with the result that we needed to sell our lovely place soon and sell it well. So then comes the really good news, we found Profile Homes! Les made plenty of time for photography, only when the weather was correct, Susan wrote an excellent, accurate and comprehensive description of the house and grounds. All this came together on their excellent web site in a simple and clear way. The objective was to find someone to fall in love with this lifestyle we had created, it was not to just 'sell' a house. Many of the other agents who gave us a quotation thought the process was primarily and simply about selling a house!

The message from 'Profile Homes' web site was clear and comprehensive. We found the right person within a short time. He loves the place, just as we did, and we are pleased to have found the right buyer at the right price! Thanks to Susan and Les the selling process was handled well, with tact and many telephone calls - and most of all we had confidence in them all the time. We have now, after nearly two months of furniture being in store, found a rather pleasant small house in Swansea near to our family. So, thanks to Profile Homes we are nearly there!

Profile Homes succeeded where 3 other estate agents had failed! Their commitment to selling our house was unequalled, and they introduced many more viewers than all the other agents combined.

Their extensive and detailed online brochure, with lots of excellent photos and useful information, meant that a potential buyer could really understand and ‘know' our house before actually setting foot in it. And it meant that viewers tended to be serious potential buyers rather than just casual time-wasters.

P.H. were confident that despite this they could make a sale. Their confidence was justified, our property was sold very quickly at a price very near the asking figure.

It is clear that this was in part due to the excellent particulars which they produced which were far and away the best I have ever seen. Indeed several of our friends persuaded us to scrounge some spare copies from P.H. because they were better than their own photograph collections.
