P.H. were confident that despite this they could make a sale. Their confidence was justified, our property was sold very quickly at a price very near the asking figure.

It is clear that this was in part due to the excellent particulars which they produced which were far and away the best I have ever seen. Indeed several of our friends persuaded us to scrounge some spare copies from P.H. because they were better than their own photograph collections.

One or two small snags developed during the course of the sale arising from minor boundary problems. Profile Homes dealt with these very professionally. All in all P.H. provided an admirably efficient service.

May I compliment you on an excellent website! I have been surfing for property in South Wales for a little while now as my wife and I are considering retiring to that region (my father came from Ebbw Vale and I had many wonderful childhood holidays there - my wife is also enchanted with the area). Apart from the website being easy to navigate, the information is clear and the many pictures give a great sense of the property being marketed. I wanted to write to say thank you for your web site. The quality of the descriptions and images puts other agents to shame! I am a solicitor, originally from the Rhondda Valley, and am looking to buy a small holding (preferably with 10-50+ acres) in the band from Brecon across to Ceredigion.

Not looking to buy as waiting for prices to come down, but just wanted to say how impressed I was with the depth/breadth of your property details. If you saw how little effort agents put in to marketing a property in S.E you would be amazed.
