Les Probert - Senior Partner

Les's early years were spent working for several computer manufacturers and end users latterly in Customer Relationship Management and Supplier Contract Negotiation roles. He then spent ten years owning and running his own IT, recruitment company, head hunting senior contract and permanent computer staff. He has spent the last 20 years as a hands-on partner of  Profile Homes Estate Agency having in 2001* uttered those immortal words, "we can do this better, how hard can it be, it's another form of matching recruits to jobs." Most recently he was described as having an encyclopedic knowledge of the Welsh property market...

*(The catalyst was that he and his partner Susan spent 18 months of their lives and hard earned cash on minimum 400 mile jaunts to Wales to attend viewings of inappropriate, and often mis-described properties).

Susan Hendry - Les's partner in life and in business.

Susan's early years were spent working for National Westminster Bank latterly as a branch lending manager. ln 2001 she and Les launched Profile Homes.

Susan is truly unflappable, her patience, professionalism and determination in ensuring property sales reach a successful conclusion has to experienced to be believed. lt is her tenacity in Risk Management, securing information about property sales chains and her endless amount of hard work and empathy that has ensured, the near 100% sales success of hundreds of properties in Wales, Scotland and England, on many occasions to the first viewer), that Profile Homes has enjoyed over the years, whilst competing with far larger but perhaps less focused estate agency concerns.

Outside of working hours, (Ha-Ha), Les and Susan tend to their 21 Acre smallholding in South West Wales which provides a home and safe haven for their 7 rescue horses and 2 Great Dane dogs, and over a 21 year period various other 2 and 4 legged waifs and strays.
