Is the property bubble bursting in Wales?

All indications are that the 18 month old frenetic exodus from London to the rural areas of Wales is finally abating. Rightmove and others are reporting a fall back in asking prices and achieved sale prices. This could be good news for estate agents such as ourselves who have virtually 'Sold Out' and who have always prided ourselves on 'selling' properties, rather than just listing them, and who through providing superior service levels to all our clients ensure property sales go through with the least amount of stress and upset to all concerned. (When instructing an estate agent it's always a good idea to ask what their fall through rate is). Not good news of course for those who have recently bought at market force driven inflationary prices. Having said all that, I don't for one moment believe that the demand for smallholdings in Wales will ever reduce - for many of us wishing ourselves 'TheĀ  Good Life' will always be a sought after dream...

I would like to take this opportunity in thanking you profoundly for the amazing support and help you have been, which has truly been above and beyond the call of normal professionalism in the selling of my home.

Yvonne, Wales

We have now bought our home through Sue and Les and they have assisted us all the way with nothing too much trouble. Our own agent would be frequently unavailable and unable to answer or resolve our questions. Sue and Les were always available and smoothed our way so much that the purchase seemed almost effortless. We cannot recommend them highly enough for their efficient and highly professional operation.

Many thanks, Dave & Viv Cowdel
