In 2001 we moved our home and business to Wales from the Home Counties of England in order to realise our dream of owning a smallholding and becoming more self - sufficient.  We bought a 21 Acre ex dairy farm smallholding and during our time in Wales it has provided an idyllic home for ourselves, our horses, dogs, and all manner of other animal waifs and strays.

Since our inception we have accrued twenty years of experience successfully marketing and selling hundreds of smallholdings in Wales, with the undoubted advantage of the first hand knowledge of  owning and running an equestrian smallholding of our own. Over the years we have built up a comprehensive knowledge of each and every aspect of the rural welsh smallholding and farm marketplace. We have sold properties with any amount of land from 1 to 200 acres, housing all manner of equine, camelid and true farm animals.
